You will enjoy working with us! As our new marketing Intern, you will assist us with the following: 1. Press & PR Assist in organizing press trips and events. Support in responding to inquiries and providing necessary materials to journalists Update mailing lists for press releases. Contribute to the content planning and draft press releases and other materials for the press office. Monitor editorial calendars and media opportunities. 2. Content Creation and Management Draft, edit, and translate texts, mainly for the press office. Support in creating content for the website and B2C newsletters. Update the French and Italian websites. 3. Research and Monitoring Provide support with research and analysis of digital and market trends. Identify and map relevant influencers, key tourism players, events etc. Monitor insights from VisitDenmark channels and conduct competitor analysis. 4. Support and Branding Assist in executing branding activities, special projects, and digital campaigns. Participate in online seminars and presentations. 5. Assistance for Tourists and Operators Provide support and information to Italian and French tourists, tour operators, and travel agents. 6. Administrative and Office Tasks Manage daily practical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. We are looking forward to working with a person with: A desire to improve communication, marketing and branding skills Great English skills, essential to interact with the Headquarter, Danish partners and colleagues on international markets Interest in social media and digital dynamics High level of motivation, energy and proactivity Good knowledge of French is a plus Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs Good analytical skills We offer: A great opportunity to acquire and develop competences in a friendly environment during a 6-month internship (not aimed at hiring). The internship possibly starts on March 27th 2025 and working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm with 30 min lunch break. Remote working is possible for a max. of 2 days per week. Our office is in Milan and well served by public transportation (M1, M2 Loreto). We offer a monthly salary of € 700 net.
